Boosted by confidence from therapy, the source says she’s “a totally different Gemma”, adding: “TOWIE fans will see Gemma as herself for the first time ever, not ‘the GC’.” Gemma is currently in Marbella, Spain, where the Towie cast is filming the latest series and she was recently spotted attempting to play nurse to her injured BFF Bobby Norris.
Gemma left the ITVBe show after five years, explaining that the pressure of being in the spotlight was making her ill. She said: ‘People think I’m tough as nails but I’m soft as sh** at the end of the day’ She told the Daily Star: “I used to be in bits before filming or going out. My guts were in bits and I was never off the toilet.”
The star has also struggled with other problems, including her fluctuating weight, her rocky love life and a devastating miscarriage. Fans are looking forward to her big transformation and the revelation of her “real self.”
