Queen’s 90th Birthday: Guardsman Faints At Trooping The Colour Ceremony

A Guardsman fainted during the Trooping the Colour ceremony today.

The Guard was taking part in the annual parade at the Horse Guards in Whitehall, London this morning when he fell faint and face-planted only minutes into the event.  Other Guardsmen rushed to help him onto a stretcher so he could be taken away.

Earlier, the Coldstream Guards played a special rendition of happy birthday for the Queen.downPrince Charles, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George and Princess Charlotte and Prince Harry and other royals joined the procession from Buckingham Palace to the Horse Guards and the RAF honoured the Queen with a fly-past, which the Royal Family watched from the balcony.
