The Saturday Show’s Gaby Roslin has revealed she was attacked in front of her children.During a discussion on low level crime on The Wright Stuff, the 52-year-old made the shock confession that after politely asking the member of public to pick up their rubbish on Oxford Street, the litter lout became aggressive and events turned violent.
Gaby said: “I asked someone to pick up their litter and they hit me in the face in front of my kids. She turned around and just went like that [punch action] because I said: ‘excuse me you’ve dropped this.’ That’s a completely true story.” The incident occurred in front of her two young children.
After stunning the rest of the panel including Yvette Fielding and Mark Foster, Matthew Wright responded: “I’ve been given a mouthful but never punched.”
When asked how she reacted, Gaby followed up: “I took my kids’ hands and they were very shocked. She didn’t knock me out.”
